The Lumos Ultra MIPS is one of the safest bike helmets for urban use. It features 3 COB LED modules providing full 360˚ coverage, making you visible from all sides to drivers. It also has turn signals that can be activated with the provided remote or an Apple Watch. Additionally, the helmet is equipped with the MIPS system, offering extra brain protection in case of a fall. Wearing a light on your helmet, positioned high on your head, offers several advantages. First, you can be seen better by drivers on the road, reducing the risk of being overlooked by parked cars or other obstacles. Second, the helmet's lighting helps drivers see where you are looking, making it easier for them to approach. Chips On Board (COB) is a method of LED construction that offers multiple benefits over conventional technologies, allowing for a more compact footprint while delivering higher brightness, making you visible from further away. It also results in a more uniform beam of light. With three large ventilation openings at the back and optimized airflow, the Ultra is Lumos's best-ventilated helmet yet. Features: • Integrated MIPS® safety system • Integrated lighting: 30 white LEDs in front, 34 red and orange LEDs at the rear • Turn signal at the back of the helmet • Rechargeable lithium-polymer battery 3.7V 1100mAh with up to 10 hours of battery life • All electronics are sealed and weather-resistant • Bluetooth 4.0 • Remote can be attached to handlebars with rubber bands • Ventilation openings: 9 • Weight: approximately 370 g Delivery contents: • 1x Lumos Ultra MIPS Helmet • 1x Lumos Lite Remote with mounting elastics • 1x Charging cable • 1x User manual
