Adjustable Marker Alpinist Demo 8 ski touring bindings The Marker Alpinist Demo 8 is an ultra-lightweight Low Tech binding suitable for rental. It features a pre-mounted brake, an adjustment range for sole lengths from 253 to 359 mm, and a user-friendly ISI toe piece. The toe piece is mounted on a weight-optimised sliding plate with a scratch-resistant adjustment scale and can be adjusted without tools by simply pressing to unlock it. The wide contact surface with an integrated stop allows the boot to step in automatically in the correct position and orientation. Thanks to the optimised kinematics of the locking lever, even minimal pressure is enough to lock the inserts. The Alpinist Demo binding also offers active length compensation when the ski flexes, as well as remarkable power transmission on the descent thanks to its 38 mm wide drilling pattern. The heel piece, equipped with climbing aids offering angles of 0°, 5° and 9°, allows for quick and easy switching between ascent and descent modes.
