Engineered for the extra demands of E‑MTBs, the Mavic Allroad S Carbon wheelset combines durable construction, tubeless ease and enhanced puncture protection. The carbon rim features an enlarged rim bed and Pinch Flat Protection (PFP) on the sidewalls to reduce cuts and pinch flats, while an intact upper rim bridge improves stiffness and long‑term durability. A wider 30 mm internal rim adds lateral stiffness and sharper cornering precision; 28 threaded three‑cross spokes are laced to handle increased motor torque. The fully sealed rim requires no rim tape, making tubeless tyre mounting and changes straightforward. The rim meets ASTM 5 strength for confident riding on rough terrain.
