Built for the extra demands of E‑MTBs, the Mavic Allroad S Carbon combines a durable carbon rim with Mavic’s Pinch Flat Protection and a tubeless-friendly design.
Durable, puncture‑resistant rim PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) sidewalls provide a wider contact surface to reduce tyre cuts and punctures. The rim meets ASTM 5 strength standards for confidence on rough terrain.
E‑MTB specific design A 30 mm internal rim width increases lateral stiffness and cornering precision. The wheel is engineered for e-bike torque with 28 threaded three-cross spokes to boost lateral stiffness.
Easy tubeless setup The fully sealed rim requires no rim tape, making tubeless tyre mounting and changes straightforward. Keeping the upper rim bridge intact improves overall rim stiffness and durability.
