The 12K carbon fibre shell is an extremely lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance.
RHEON impact energy cells maximize the absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.
The Conehead® EPS technology provides a softer layer, with cones helping to better manage or absorb impact force. Six critical zones have been finely tuned for a progressive response to impacts.
Expanded volume EPS means that strategic areas of the helmet have more impact-absorbing EPS. CONSTRUCTION
The EPS chin bar creates an additional element of impact attenuation.
The lower area of the helmet is made of EPS and PPE to achieve a soft zone and reduce clavicle injury in case of impact.
The edges around the nose are rubber and the helmet includes a nose guard.
The Quick-Dry comfort inner liner and quick-release cheek pads are made from a washable moisture-wicking and antimicrobial material. Weight 1290 grams +/-50g (size MD/LG) Ventilation True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system - Air inlets at the front and exhausts at the rear. The ventilation channels are aligned within the EPS.
