The skandika Multi-Resistance Band Set gives you everything you need for efficient full-body training. Compact and easy to store, it’s always ready to go and can be used on its own or cleverly combined with other skandika fitness equipment. The wide variety of exercises is ideal for building strength and endurance and getting your cardiovascular system and metabolism going. If your focus is more on feeling good and moving well than on pure performance, the set also offers plenty of options to improve posture, balance and coordination.
Simple, effective concept The idea is refreshingly simple and highly effective. Stretchable bands create resistance that your muscles work against. The set includes two different band lengths that can be used individually or in combination. This allows a huge range of exercises for all fitness levels and training goals.
Training benefits The wide range of exercises helps you build targeted muscle strength and endurance while gently activating the heart and circulation. If you’re more interested in mobility and overall wellbeing, the set is also perfect for working on posture, core stability, balance and coordination – ideal for both everyday fitness and sports training.
Four resistance bands The four elastic resistance bands are covered with red or blue fabric (2 of each), making the different lengths easy to identify and protecting the solid latex core from damage. Robust carabiner hooks at both ends let you attach the bands quickly and securely to the relevant anchor points or training devices.
Smart 2-piece bar The 108 cm bar, made of powder-coated steel, has large eyelets at both ends for attaching the carabiners. The end pieces rotate freely to prevent the bands from twisting as you move. Three soft-grip zones provide excellent comfort and a secure hold, whether your hands are close together in the middle or placed wider apart.
Padded hand grips For single-sided exercises and alternating movements, the two included hand grips are ideal. Each grip is 12 cm wide and attached to strong webbing with a D-ring for fastening the band carabiners. The soft-grip surface increases both comfort and grip security during training.
Continuously adjustable ankle cuffs The two included ankle cuffs are essential for leg and lower-body exercises and can also be used freely with the bar. They close securely at the back with hook-and-loop fastening and are continuously adjustable up to a maximum inner diameter of 13 cm. A soft foam lining ensures the cuffs sit comfortably and don’t rub while you train.
Combination with skandika devices Following the Nemo Compact (from around mid-year), the Nemo III and Nemo IV (black) rowing machines have been compatible with the Multi-Resistance Band Set since early 2022. Please check at home whether your device has a hook system on the base frame. With the two supplied D-ring straps, the set can also be combined with skandika vibration plates for even more training options.
Handy and portable Used on its own, this multifunctional set really shines with its compact, portable format. You can train almost anywhere – even in a hotel room when you’re travelling. For transport, the bar simply unscrews into two parts, and all the smaller accessories fit neatly into the storage bag.
Online exercise examples You’ll find over 75 different exercises – with and without rowing machine or vibration plate – in our training guide on the skandika website. Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, competitive athlete or casual user, the skandika Multi-Resistance Band Set offers effective full-body training and flexible fitness options for every taste and goal.
