The Petzl Multihook is specially designed for ice climbers and glacier travelers. It allows for hooking and threading a cord to create Abalakovs and install V-thread anchors up to 25 cm deep, providing a practical solution for ice anchoring.
The stainless steel serrated blade facilitates cutting ropes and cords in the field. Its design allows for sharpening or re-sharpening to maintain lasting efficiency during repeated uses.
The Multihook can also be used to clear or clean the tube of an ice screw, aiding in the maintenance and preparation of anchor points during outings in snow and ice.
Its foldable design reduces the length to 16 cm when folded for easy storage in a pocket or bag. A hole and suitable shape allow for easy attachment to a carabiner for quick access during activity.
Made of stainless steel and polyamide, the Multihook combines corrosion resistance and lightweight (approximately 40 g). Available in orange for enhanced visibility in the field.
