Extra thick cushioning for maximum comfort With a thickness of 15 mm, this fitness mat provides excellent cushioning for abdominal exercises, core workouts, stretching and mobility training. The 180 cm length ensures full body support during lying exercises. The added thickness delivers noticeable comfort for knees, back and elbows without compromising stability.
Durable EVA foam for intensive use The mat is made from high-quality EVA foam, known for its resilience and wear resistance. Even with daily use, the mat maintains its structure and supportive properties. The moisture-resistant material is easy to clean, making it highly suitable for gyms and group training environments.
Stable and safe training surface The underside features a wave-pattern anti-slip profile that enhances grip on various floor types. The top surface has a subtle textured finish that provides additional traction during exercises. This ensures the mat stays securely in place, allowing controlled movement during both low- and high-intensity workouts.
Easy storage with integrated eyelets The fitness mat is equipped with two sturdy metal hanging eyelets. After use, the mat can easily be stored on a wall rack or mat storage rack, keeping your training area tidy and professionally organized.
Suitable for gyms and home training Developed for commercial use in fitness clubs and group exercise studios, this mat is equally suitable for home users seeking a durable, comfortable and professional-grade workout mat.
