These 1 kg plates are perfect for both beginners and experienced lifters aiming to build up steadily. Often used with bumper plates for advanced lifts, technical training and isolation exercises.
Premium finish with rubber coating The solid cast-iron core is finished with a protective rubber coating. This makes the plates quiet in use, shock-absorbent and floor-friendly. They are odourless, UV-resistant and free from harmful substances – ideal for commercial gyms and personal training studios.
Versatile and easy to store Thanks to the 51.5 mm centre hole, these fractional plates fit all standard Olympic barbells. Use them together with bumper plates or on their own, depending on your training goal. They’re also suitable for universal storage racks for weight plates.
