The bar is made predominantly from ingredients of origin, notably wholegrain oats (27%), inverted sugar syrup, seeds (pumpkin, soy) and wholegrain cereals. Pretzel pieces and crispies provide a crunchy texture while coconut oil and vanilla offer a indulgent flavour.
Designed to provide complex carbohydrates, this bar helps meet increased energy needs associated with physical exertion. The magnesium present contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce feelings of fatigue, useful for cardio training or weightlifting sessions.
To optimise performance, consume 1 bar 30–60 minutes before activity or 1 bar every 40–60 minutes during exercise, with sufficient hydration. Suitable for use throughout the day when a quick energy intake is needed.
