Care Instructions We first recommend testing all products used during the cleaning process on a hidden part of the leather to ensure compatibility and that they provide the desired finish. Use a soft-bristled brush or damp sponge to gently remove any dirt build-up around the boot. Pay particular attention to the zipper and the edge of the sole. Rinse a cloth in clean, lukewarm water and gently wring it out, leaving a good amount of moisture inside. Next, we recommend using a self-foaming shoe cleaner. Apply the foam sparingly over the entire outer boot and carefully wipe away any remaining dirt using gentle circular motions - this will help avoid streaks. Wipe away any excess foam with a clean cloth. Allow the leather to dry naturally away from direct heat sources. You can apply a wax or special leather cream that will help preserve the leather's properties. As a finishing product, we recommend applying a protective spray which will help safeguard the leather against water, stains, and especially urine, which can degrade the leather over time.
The zipper is one of the main functional elements of your boot. It should be maintained by opening it and wiping away grease and dust after each use. This ensures a smooth slide and prevents debris from jamming or splitting the zipper.
