ulltårta is a premium 2-in-1 rolling handle and wrist wrench, engineered to build exceptional grip, wrist, and sloper strength. Crafted from FSC-certified Swedish birch, it combines elite performance with the unmatched feel of solid wood.
Key Training Modes:
• Rolling Handle: The ultimate grip classic. Perfect for heavy pickups or deadhangs to build crushing finger and hand power.
• Wrist Wrench: An ultra-effective way to isolate and target your forearm flexors and extensors. It requires relatively little weight, making it ideal for high-intensity home workouts.
Advanced Versatility & Rehab:
• Static Handle: Lock the ropes into the slots to use it as a static handle for hangs or pull-ups—perfect if you want a more ergonomic grip.
• 360° Wrist Prehab/Rehab: Attach the rope to one side only (either freely rotating or locked) to strengthen your wrists in every direction imaginable: pronation, supination, deviations, flexion, and extension.
Why Swedish Birch?
• Consistent Friction: Solid birch absorbs and buffers moisture, meaning sweat won't ruin your grip like it does on plastic or metal.
• Hygienic & Built to Last: Thanks to its porous structure and tannins, wood is inherently antimicrobial. It’s a durable alternative to synthetic materials, feels better, and stays clean.
