This Plate Load 2 PL2200 machine consists of a lat pulldown and seated row function in one. With this strength device, you can strengthen your back, shoulders, and biceps. The PL2200 has a compact design and saves space. Because the movement arms work unilaterally, this makes training very effective, as both arms will have to work equally hard to complete the set. The rotating handles and the stable curved grip can be adjusted to your preference. This device is perfect for fitness clubs with limited space that still want to benefit from this affordable series of commercial fitness equipment. This device uses 50 mm Olympic weight plates.
