Magnesium (from magnesium citrate), cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide. Components In daily portion (3 capsules) Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 400 mg HOW TO USE:
3 capsules a day, preferably in divided doses and with a meal.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
