The water bag has been specially designed for drinking while walking.
User advice Use water at a temperature between -20°C and +40°C. Not suitable for: alcohol, fatty products (dairy products, oils, etc.) At temperatures below 0°C, blow into the drinking tube after use to remove all water and prevent the tube or mouthpiece from freezing. If you find the sound of the sloshing water bag annoying, let all the air out of the water bag by turning it upside down and sucking the air bubbles into the tube.
Use With removable slide strip so you can open the water bag wide for easier filling and cleaning. Water bag fits Hen Sportsgear marathon vest.
Storage advice Wash the water bag, rinse at least 3 times and allow to dry thoroughly before storing. The bag can be turned inside out for easy cleaning. Preferably store in a clean and dry place. You can also store the water bag in the freezer to prevent mold growth.

Wash the bladder, rinse at least three times and let dry completely before storing. Turn the bladder inside out for easier cleaning. Store in a clean, dry place; can be frozen to help prevent mould.
