Full body workout with the adjustable hula hoop Train all the major muscles in your body with this adjustable hula hoop! With 30 detachable link pieces you can completely customize the size of the hoop and the included weight adds an extra challenge to your training. With the hula hoop you train your abdominal, back, leg and gluteal muscles. In addition, you improve your coordination, your hips and back become more flexible and you train your core stability. Hula hooping is also an excellent way to burn calories and work on your fitness. The massaging nubs improve the blood circulation around your abdomen, back and hips.
Benefits ✓ Easy to adjust with 30 link pieces ✓ Fitness and massage ✓ Smooth rotation ✓ Never falls off your hips ✓ Includes weight with adjustable cord
Always the right size Thanks to the link pieces you can adjust the hula hoop exactly to your preferred size. You simply click the pieces into place, which gives the hula hoop a circumference of 44 to 142.2 centimeters / 17.3 to 56 inch (14-24 link pieces). By putting it firmly around your waist you can keep exercising without losing your 'flow', as the hoop can never fall off your hips onto the floor. Each link piece also has a nub that massages your abdomen and waist. This helps to improve the blood circulation, so that bodily waste is removed faster.
Smooth rotations The link pieces connect seamlessly for a smooth rotational movement and the hula hoop is made of sturdy, skin-friendly material so that it never irritates, even during intensive training. The weight is attached to an adjustable cord that you can make longer and shorter for less or more intensity during your workout.
