And it is no coincidence that the Contour has long been the favourite boot of the K2 women's team. With its medium-to-stiff flex, it is aimed at demanding female riders looking for performance, precision and support, all in a bold and elegant design. The secret to its award-winning fit lies in the Conda™ internal lacing system, operated by a BOA® Fit System dial. This soft, adjustable harness gently pulls the heel into the back of the boot for impeccable support, while its urethane design hugs the ankle and moves with the foot. On the outside, the Contour features an articulating cuff that reduces distortion when flexing the knee, as well as a Flex Zone calf panel at the top of the cuff for long-lasting comfort throughout the day. The powerful and precise BOA® Fit System H4 Coiler closure system allows the shell to be securely closed, even with gloves on. Finally, the Endo™ technology used in the heel counter guarantees exceptional durability and preserves the original flex season after season. Underfoot, the This Grips!™ dual-density rubber outsole ensures optimal grip on both snow and icy surfaces. It sits on a dual-density midsole, combining lightweight EVA and Harshmellow™ technology, which absorbs vibrations on uneven terrain and cushions heavy landings. To wrap it all up, the Contour features an Intuition® Pro Foam 3D liner, which is breathable, heat-mouldable and fully customisable, designed to hug the exact shape of the foot. This premium liner also contains a 95% recycled mesh made from coffee grounds, which helps to control odours and maintain hygienic comfort day after day.
