How far can you go with the SD500E?
As each manufacturer has its own measurement protocol, it is best to use the battery capacity in Wh to compare models objectively.Actual range depends on several factors:riding style, rider weight, tyre pressure, gradient, wind and even outside temperature. As a guide, the SD500E’s maximum range of 25 km was measured with a 65 kg user on flat ground at a constant speed of 15 km/h (Eco mode).
Power & Battery:What’s hidden under the deck of the SD500E?
With its 350 W motor and compact lithium-ion battery (208 Wh / 5.2 Ah), the SD500E accelerates smoothly when the lights turn green and delivers the power you need to tackle gentle city slopes. This 208 Wh "power bank" has been specially designed to give you a range of up to 25 km, while keeping the scooter light and manoeuvrable.
Security & Comfort:Ride with complete peace of mind
Designed for city riding, the SD500E delivers uncompromising comfort and safety. Its large 10" wheels absorb bumps in the road for a smooth ride while its disc brake stops the scooter in a controlled way.Fitted with 360° LED lighting and IPX5-certified for rain resistance, it’ll keep you safe and sound whatever the weather.
Weight & Folding:Easy everyday mobility
Because a good scooter should also be easy to disregard when you reach your destination, the SD500E is designed to make your life easier. Thanks to its quick-fold system, it locks into place in a matter of seconds so you can tuck it away under a desk, in the boot of a car or take it with you on public transport.Weighing a trifling 16.2 kg, its chassis strikes the perfect balance between sturdiness on the road and ease of transport, making it effortless to carry up a few steps.
Safety & Proper Use:Ride in compliance with the law
For personal use:Vehicle reserved for one person only (passengers are not permitted).Safety:A helmet and high-vis vest should be worn.Observe the Highway Code and local regulations Urban use:Designed for everyday travel. Not suitable for freestyle use (jumps, stunts or riding over kerbs may damage the frame).
