    Product feature
    1. and weight
Weight: 3.9 kg or 975 g per person. Cover compact with compression straps: 18.5 litres. Cover dimensions: 40 cm * 22 cm * 21 cm. A second simple cover is provided to save weight if needed.
    2. Inner space
Bedroom length: 215 cm. Room width: 230cm at the head and 210cm at the feet. Bedroom height: 122 cm at its highest. The large apse (storage / living space in front of the bedroom) of 205 cm deep and 240 cm wide, almost 5 m², allows you to sit 4 people, or to store hiking gear (backpacks shoes, bikes...). 7 pockets in the bedroom.
    3. Poles, pegs
Aluminium Ø 10.25 mm DAC Featherlite DAC Featherlite NSL lightweight and resistant to breakage and frost. Tent pegs: heavy duty and lightweight aluminium DAC corner stakes.
    4. Setting up/taking down
Extremely quick assembly or disassembly. The double-roof and the room are pre-assembled. Poles are attached to sleeves in tent, so you can save precious time when pitching. Dismantling is equally as rapid. To store the tent in the cover, simply attach the poles together in elastics (once folded), fold up the tent until it's roughly the width of the cover and then tightly roll up the tent and poles.
    5. Waterproofing
Quechua tents are validated in the laboratory (tent mounted under 200 litres/metre² per hour for 4 hours, the equivalent of a tropical rainfall), as well as in field test missions. 40 denier polyester (PE) double roof, coated polyurethane (inside) & silicone outer, PE 75D room mat. Seams sealed with heat-sealed strips. Room in PE 40D breathable and water-repellent, partly made of mosquito net, to avoid contact with condensation drops.
    6. Wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a rotating platform where we can expose each side of the tent to the wind. To test its wind resistance, the tent must be properly pitched, taut but not stretched, with all the guy ropes in position around the tent. It should remain habitable at wind speeds of 70km/h, measured near ground level.
    7. Ventilation and condensation prevention
Bedroom with mosquito netting for ventilation and sections in water repellent fabric to protect against condensation and drafts. Large ventilation at the front of the double roof of the tent, as well as ventilation at the feet. In order to limit the condensation inside your tent, the stretched canvas must be properly installed, without excess tension. The use of ventilation and good air circulation limits the humidity inside your tent.
    8. Sun protection
The flysheet fabric filters UV rays with an UPF of 30. Please note: a large amount of UV rays can pass through an open door. Protect your skin.
    9. Ecodesign
Complete tent made out of 20% recycled material, reduces the environmental impact of the product. Double roof made up of 50% recycled materials. The bedroom is made of a "mass dyed" component that reduces the amount of water used. The poles are coloured thanks to an innovative anodising which eliminates the use of nitric and phosphoric acids.
    10. Guarantee / Customer Service
All tents sold at Decathlon are guaranteed 2 years for normal use (your club card or till receipt are proof of purchase). In case of any problem have your tent examined in the nearest Decathlon store. All Quechua tents are repairable: spare parts and tent pole repair available in the workshop of your Décathlon store, on the shelves or on decathlon. fr After-sales service information: http://spi-workshop.decathlon.co.uk/en/atelier/produit/1600541
    11. A score for comparing products' environmental impact
The environmental impact of the product is calculated based on the life cycle of the product and with different indicators. A global score ranging from A to E is attributed so that you can easily identify the products with a better environmental performance compared to products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks, etc.). Decathlon totally backs the environmental labelling approach. For more info: http://sustainability.decathlon.com/

    • Great value, 4 man tent

Used for 2 to 8 weeks
We bought this tent for cycle touring with our two children. For it’s pitched size it packs up pretty small, small enough to strap to the back of a bike, and is light when compared to similar other tents on the market. It was quick to pitch and both the sleeping compartment and porch are roomy. The fabrics, poles and pegs all feel good quality and being able to open the back for through venting is a real perk. We have only pitched it so far in fine weather, so I can’t comment on it’s stability, but it feels pretty firm when pitched. Overall I have been really pleasantly surprised with the space and quality of this tent and would thoroughly recommend it to others looking for something similar.
    • Ideales Sommerzelt mit min. Verbesserungsbedarf

      29/04/2018

Used for 2 to 8 weeks

      Mejorar :::

      Hagan caso.

      Gracias.

Used for 1 week or less
