To give you grip in the saddle, the jodhpurs feature a wave motif in silicone where the back of the knees and thighs come into contact with the saddle. The silicone helps the rider stay balanced in the air and when coming off jumps. The grip is light so as to not put pressure on the knee joint or interfere with the rider's positioning.

Horse riding takes place in a dirty and it is always difficult to keep your jodhpurs perfectly white. If you get a stain, treat the spot before placing your jodhpurs in the wash with mild soap diluted with a little bit of water. Rub lightly to work the solution into the stain. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then put your jodhpurs in the machine with your normal detergent. Stain removers are required on mud marks or some grease stains.
