    1. Should you take your kids to basketball lessons?
Basketball is one of those sports that kids can learn from a very young age with smaller balls and adjustable hoops. You can even take them to special basketball lessons with child-friendly rules from the age of 3-4. This helps them develop their motor skills by learning not only the right technique but also working as a team. Basketball also develops muscles, flexibility, speed, endurance and team spirit.
    2. What ball should you use?
The ball size depends on the player's age and sex. Baby basketball: size 1 to 3. Girls and boys under 10: size 5. Girls aged 10 and up, women, and boys aged 10 to 12: size 6. Boys over 12 and men: size 7. If you want a very durable ball, go for a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, leather or synthetic are the right materials.
    3. What height basket should you choose?
The official height of a basketball basket is 3.05m (rim height). If you want a basketball basket for your child, you need something that will grow with them. For younger kids there isn't an official height so you can choose whatever suits them best. Up to the age of 10, club baskets are set at 2.60m. After the age of 10, both girls and boys play with 3.05m baskets

    • Better than a Nike dominate

      Mary (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
      These balls are amazing!
I’ve started using these ranther Nike, bought this one for my son and I use the B300 both for outdoor use.
Hex dimples give amazing grin and brilliant feel once used for an hour or 2. Can’t believe the quality for the price, I actually bought another one of each and my son and I love them. Wouldn’t go back to Nike as the quality and price are both very poor compared to this.
    • Really bouncy

      Richard (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
Really bouncy, but doesn’t always go through the hoop. Not sure where I’m going wrong?
