How to fill my bag for optimal comfort?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Place heavy gear near your back (tent, camp stove, food). Pack your clothes around these items. The groundsheet can be placed under the flap; the tent under the bag if there's no room inside. Keep your waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. Place small items for daily use in the pockets (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.). The water bladder can be placed in the compartment generally provided down the back.

Then, put the bag on and PLACE THE BELT ON THE HIPS (it must cover the pelvic bones around the hips) to TIGHTEN.
Finally, PULL THE Easyfit STRAPS and the strap block will go around your shoulders.
Finally, just ADJUST THE LOAD ADJUSTERS to get the perfect fit for your back.

How is bag volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardised method: we fill the main compartment as well as each pocket with little balls. We then empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres, with a tolerance of a few %.

10-year guarantee
The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product, if the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or State.

In case of rain
The backpack has a rain cover, stored in the bottom of the bag. It protects your bag in case of rain. Just slip it over the bag, leaving the shoulder straps still accessible so that you can continue using your bag in the rain.

TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
Using laboratory and field tests, we check the bag's resistance to abrasion and tearing, its colour fastness to UV light and washing, and its waterproofing.
Then, the weighted backpack is placed on a dummy that simulates ageing by replicating thousands of fast walking movements, to check the durability of assemblies.
The components (fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips, etc.) are also tested separately so that we can guarantee these bags for 10 years.
