The longer and wider running surface of the Domyos TC7 (51x135 cm) is perfect for running at a fast pace, which requires longer strides.
POWER OF MOTOR AND MAXIMUM SPEED
Motor power (peak and continuous output): 2.5 HP continuous output
Did you know? A 1.8 HP continuous output motor is powerful enough for a user weighing 90 kg, running at an average speed of 16 km/h for 1 hour. The TC7 has a more powerful motor (2.5 HP continuous output), so you can push yourself even further!
Maximum speed: 1-18 km / h
A significant factor for those wanting to do interval training and improve endurance.
The TC7 features Soft Impact cushioning; offering all athletes total comfort during their workouts, as it protects joints from the impacts of running. Good to know: advanced runners looking for speed do not necessarily need to wear well-cushioned shoes, if they workout on the TC7.
CONSOLE AND TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The Domyos TC7 treadmill has a larger, backlit console, including 4 functions and 20 on-board programmes, to push yourself beyond your limits.
- 4 functions: time, speed, distance, estimated calories burnt.
- 10 "performance training programmes (interval training)
- 10 "weight loss" programmes to burn calories.
The treadmill features loud speakers and a Jack (3.5 mm) to listen to your MP3 player while training.
The Domyos TC7 treadmill folds easily to save space. Our engineers have studied its size to design a product that is both compact and stable.
TIP TO OPTIMISE COMFORT DURING YOUR TRAINING SESSION
To run in comfort, it is recommended you wear running shoes that are suitable for your level.
To increase the stability of the treadmill, dampen vibrations and noise and protect the floor, it is recommended that the treadmill is set up on a floor mat. We recommend the Domyos Training Mat.
TIP TO CORRECTLY POSITION YOURSELF ON YOUR TREADMILL
To start your session, stand on the foot rails before starting the running belt at 1 km/h, then step onto the middle of the running belt. You are ready to start your session!
Be careful, the treadmill starts off at a speed of 2 km/h by default. For added safety, it is recommended that you reduce the speed to 1 km/h before stepping onto the running belt.
TIP FOR FOLDING AND PUTTING YOUR TREADMILL AWAY
The TC7 treadmill has a fast, safe folding mechanism. See the folding procedure in the treadmill's instructions manual.
The correct technique involves squatting, gripping the treadmill and lifting it while keeping your back as straight as possible, until the treadmill is in a locked position.
