  • Great training and back up bike

Had read good reviews of this bike, and I am delighted to say they were right. Great value for money, a carbon fork, triple Chainring to help on the hills, Shimano Claris groupset. Surprisingly light. Only thing I would change is I'd have 25 mm tyres Instead of 23mm.It comes with Free delivery as well!

I have never had a bike accident before buying this one. In the last year, riding it, I've come out the bike four times (and thank god I'm a slow rider, so the accidents end up only with few scratches). The front wheel loosens itself. I'm saving money to get rid of this bike and buy a proper one from a bicycle manufacturer.

I'm quite disappointed after all the reviews were raving about the Decathlon Bikes.
    Response of the brand
I'm sorry to read that you have come off your road bike 4 times. I hope that you are OK.
The most common reason for coming off  a road bike is the tyres and the contact they have with wet roads.
Whilst the Hutchinson tyres on this bike are fine for dry conditions, there is a wider range of tyres available on the market for damp/colder conditions. I (and many other cyclists) would suggest this.
If the wheel comes loose at the hub (not the QR) then please pop it in for a quick service where we can inspect the hub and tighten/replace if required.

  • Amazing value for money!

I have been using this bike almost every day for since December and I can honestly say that this bike is a pleasure to ride! It is really lightweight which is brilliant and the finish is superb. Although this is my first road bike, it has held up better than I expected to and I think B'Twin has really impressed a lot of cyclists like me with this bike! I would say the only downside is that the gears can be slightly clunky sometimes and shifting between each gear set can be a bit of a struggle for the bike at times, but hey, this is still a premium bike at a low cost compared to lot's of other bikes.
