    • Boost 300 "Childrens" Skis

      Tim (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
Loved the ski's just the right size for my son, but the bindings only fitted up to uk size 5, and that was the reason we wanted new skis, son had grown in height and shoe size! They did do the same ski in rental bindings but it was out of stock. We went through a load of hassles as we were told some stores had them, but when I went they only had the same skis, all seemed to be returned for the same reason! The staff did not know about the rental size bindings and were surprised there were more skis than they realised. All the skis were called Boost 300, no mention of Childrens! In any case it would be weird to have a child with big feet and so tall? In the end had to get him adults skis but they were a bit big for him and this ruined the holiday. But good skis again though.
      Good price, nice ski
only fit childrens shoe, not advertised as childs
      Response of the brand
      Dear Mr. Greenfield,

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your feedback. It is very useful to better understand what our customers' needs are. Our product managers are looking into solutions to make bigger kids skis for cases like this one.

It can be difficult to find the right skis for children who are at that intermediate size, right in between kids and adults sizes. However, I do think you made the right choice in getting your child a pair of adult skis, in which he can grow into over the next few seasons.
Regarding our skis with rental bindings, they are only available for online sales. My apologies for the inconvenience caused by the miscommunication on this point.

Feel free to contact me or our customer loyalty team if you have any further questions,
      Have a lovely day,
      Tea Djumisic Market manager DECATHLON
