Description

This pair of hand grips limit friction on the hands while executing gymnastic exercises during cross training workouts.

The four-finger technology covers the entire hand for optimal efficiency during your WODs.

The built-in wrist wraps guarantee excellent support while executing weighted exercises

They help you save time as you do not have to remove them between exercises.

Use

We recommend applying magnesium carbonate powder to the hand grips before each use to enhance your grip on the bar.

Choosing your grip size

Measure the length of your palm (from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger).



Size 1: under 10 cm
