    What's drop?

    The drop of a shoe is the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. The shorter the drop, the more natural the foot movement for running, reducing "biomechanical" action which can cause injury. The drop of these KIPRUN FAST shoes has been reduced to 6 mm to respect your little one's natural stride!

    The sole has flex grooves for easier heel-to-toe transition when doing sport. The hard-wearing rubber half-sole prevents young athletes slipping on wet surfaces!

    Junior athletics shoes are specifically designed for kids' feet. For the same size, a kid's foot is slimmer and less voluminous in the shoe compared with an adults.
