What is the return period for Marketplace items?
You can return Marketplace items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return a Marketplace item?
To initiate a return for a Marketplace order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: For all Marketplace returns, please contact our Customer Service team directly. They will reach out to the seller and request your free returns instructions.
- Exclusions: Please note that Marketplace items cannot be returned in-store. These items are sold by third-party partners and must be sent back to their specific distribution centers rather than our retail locations.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once the seller receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
