AQUARESIST technology
Products holding the AQUARESIST label are guaranteed to be resistant to chlorine. They will maintain their elasticity and are UV resistant. For these reasons they are recommended for regular or intensive pool use.
Swimsuit material
Main fabric: 100% polyester. Our engineers developed a polyester-based fabric and replaced the elastane fibre with PBT fibre, which is stretchy enough to provide user comfort but, more importantly, is unaffected by chlorine. This PBT thread also has the advantage of quick drying. It only loses 3 to 4% resistance throughout its lifespan. Another plus: Even the brightest of colours will retain their colour fastness
ECO-DESIGN
The current version has less than 19% environmental impact on the finished product in comparison to the previous version’s finished product:
- the lining is made of 100% recycled polyester
- the previous version had a full lining and the new version has a lining only in the front part to allow faster drying and better comfort of the swimming costume

TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
The products labelled with AQUARESIST certification are tested under repeated cyclical loading in a pool of chlorinated water for 240 hours. No deterioration of elastic strength was observed throughout the test. Unlike a standard swimming product, the product remains intact.
