Choosing your karate mitts
"The mitts come in sizes S, M, L and XL.
To choose your size, measure the circumference of your palm, just below your fingers:
15 to 18 cm => S
19 to 21 cm => M
22 to 24 cm => L
25 to 28 cm => XL
Adjust the mitts to fit your hand, then secure them with the rip-tab. Your gloves should be neither too tight nor too loose: they shouldn't slip around."

DRYING IN A TUMBLE DRYER POSSIBLE. NORMAL TEMPERATURE, MAXIMUM EXHAUST AIR TEMPERATURE OF THE DRUM 80°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE OF 30°C. VERY MODERATE TREATMENT.
IRON AT A MAXIMUM SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 150°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE 70°C. NORMAL TREATMENT.
