Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands through Landmark Global, which works with several local carriers for the final delivery in Ireland. Orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed the same day. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. You receive a track and trace link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are indications and not guarantees.
Legal guarantee All products sold by Acelera Sports B.V. on Decathlon.ie are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two year guarantee applies from the date of delivery of the products. The guarantee is valid as long as the issue is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect carried out by the seller, the product is repaired, replaced or refunded. To make a guarantee claim, contact Decathlon with your order number and all necessary documents for the activation of the guarantee or a possible guarantee extension (purchase invoice, photos, video). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and incorrect care (see the washing instructions on the label) are not covered. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Acelera extends this period to 30 calendar days. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision before the period expires by creating a return request in your Decathlon.ie account with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the products back. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed hygiene products whose seal has been broken.

Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 working days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order. In the case of a partial return, the value of the returned products is refunded.

Under "Order details", you can click on "Create a return/exchange". You can then request a label or further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to perform your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
