For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 4 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used when making your purchase. If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label included in the parcel you received? Please follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no return label in the parcel, please log in to your Decathlon.ie customer account and go to the “My purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then click “Make a return”. Follow the steps; this will send an automatic message to the seller regarding your return request. You will then receive return instructions within 72 working hours. If you cannot find this option or would like further information, you can also contact Decathlon.ie customer service. Returns of Marketplace products are not possible in Decathlon stores or warehouses.
