Shipping & Delivery Times Shipping is handled by Raben Logistics. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (on business days) after order confirmation. Delivery time is up to 5 days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery address, and are displayed in the shopping cart as well as before completing the order.
Products purchased on Decathlon.ir are covered by a two-year warranty from the date the customer takes possession of them. Refund Conditions In the event of a return, the refund will be processed within 4 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.

If there is no return label in your order package, please log in to your Decathlon.ie account and go to the “My Purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on “Make a Return.” Follow the steps; this will send an automatic message to the seller confirming your return request. You will then receive return instructions within 72 business hours. If you cannot find this option or if you require further information, you can also contact Decathlon.ie customer service. Is there a return label in the order package? If so, please follow the instructions above as if the label was not in the package. Marketplace product returns are not accepted in Decathlon stores and warehouses. 4. Return Conditions and Instructions The customer has 30 days to return the products after receipt. Return Conditions: Product must be unused, in good condition, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), and in its original packaging (recommended).
