For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Under “Order Details”, click on “Create a return/exchange”. You can then request a label or additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service will provide all necessary information to complete your return. If a return label is included: -Pack your items securely in the original box. -Attach the return label in a visible spot on the package. -Send the package to the return address above.
