For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).

If you have a return label, follow the instructions on it. If you don't have one, go to your Decathlon.ie account. In the "My Purchases" section, click on "Make a Return" and follow the instructions. You will receive instructions within 72 hours. If you have any problems, please contact customer service. In-store returns are not accepted.
