Products purchased from Decathlon are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies provided that the defect is due to normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within a maximum of 4 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Returns are free.
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label in the package with your order? Please follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no label in the package, please go to your customer account on Decathlon.com and click on “My purchases.” Click on the order you wish to return and then click on “Make a return.” Follow the steps, which will send an automatic message to the seller with your return request. You will then receive instructions for the return within 72 hours. If you cannot find this option or would like more information, you can also contact Decathlon customer service. Marketplace products cannot be returned to Decathlon stores or warehouses.
