For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
Returned items must be new, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and this use or damage renders the items unsaleable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a packing error on our part or a defective item. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear and swimwear.
