For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).

Return shipping costs are free of charge.
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Is there a return label in your order package? If so, please follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If there is no return label in your order package, please log in to your Decathlon.ie account and go to the “My Purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on “Make a Return.” Follow the steps; this will send an automatic message to the seller confirming your return request. You will then receive return instructions within 72 business hours. If you cannot find this option or if you require further information, you can also contact Decathlon.fr customer service. Marketplace product returns are not accepted in Decathlon stores and warehouses.
