Products purchased on Decathlon.ie are covered by a 12-month warranty, provided by the seller, from the day the customer takes possession of them. The warranty is valid if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. For this to be investigated, we kindly request that you please provide the Decathlon customer service team with all documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the seller will process a refund within a maximum of 4 days. The refund will be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Feel free to inspect the product just as you would in a store. Products with minor signs of use or that are no longer complete may be returned within the 30-day return period. We will only refund a portion of the purchase price. The amount to be credited will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We cannot resell products with irreparable damage. You will receive no refund or a partial refund. The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If a product is delivered damaged, please report this immediately. We can then look for an appropriate solution. This also serves as proof that the product arrived in that condition and was not damaged through use. Please access your account through Decathlon.ie> customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Our products cannot be returned to Decathlon (not even at one of our stores).
