We ship with DPD. The estimated delivery time is two to three working days after dispatch. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are dispatched the same day.
Products purchased on Decathlon.ie come with a two year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects arising during normal use and manufacturing defects. Depending on the seller’s assessment, the product may be repaired, replaced or refunded. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us and provide your proof of purchase, a description of the problem and any relevant photos or videos.

Returned products that meet the return conditions will be refunded within four days of receipt by the seller. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.
Return shipping costs are free of charge.
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If your parcel includes a return label, please follow the instructions on the label and return the order in its original packaging. If your parcel does not include a return label, sign in to your customer account on Decathlon.ie and open the section showing your purchases. Select the order you wish to return and choose the option to request a return. Follow the steps provided. An automatic message will be sent to the seller with your return request. You will receive return instructions within 72 working hours. If you cannot find this option or need further information, please contact Decathlon.ie customer service. Products purchased through the Marketplace cannot be returned or exchanged in Decathlon stores or warehouses.
