Products purchased on Decathlon.ie are covered by a two-year warranty. In the case of Legend eBikes products, they are covered by a 3-year warranty, except for consumable items, provided that the conditions of use described in the user manual are met and the corresponding maintenance has been carried out. Batteries sold by Legend eBikes also have a 3-year warranty, although they are considered consumable products. However, after the first six months, the customer must prove that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. The warranty applies provided that the issue is caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Presentation of the receipt or purchase invoice is mandatory. In some cases, images will be requested.

Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

If the return label IS included: Pack your items securely in the original box. Attach the return label in a visible area on the package. Ship the package to the address indicated above.
