Products purchased on Decathlon.ie benefit from a legal warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects or defects resulting from normal use of the product. If a defect covered by the warranty is identified, the product may, after assessment by the seller, be repaired, replaced or refunded. Supporting documents such as proof of purchase or photos may be requested in order to activate the warranty.

Once the returned product has been received and approved by the seller, the refund will be processed within four (4) calendar days. Refunds are issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Products sold by Frontlife AB must be returned directly to the seller and cannot be returned to Decathlon warehouses or Decathlon physical stores. Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must: • be unused • be undamaged • include all original labels • be returned in a condition allowing it to be resold as new Because these products are considered hygiene products, returns are only accepted if the product remains fully resellable. All components must be unopened, unused, and unassembled. If any components have been opened, assembled, or used, the product can no longer be considered resellable for hygiene reasons and the return will not be accepted. For mouthguards, returns are not accepted if the product has been molded, fitted, or otherwise used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Return procedure: If a return label is provided: 1. Initiate the return request via your Decathlon account 2. Prepare the product according to the conditions above 3. Attach the return label to the parcel 4. Drop off the parcel at the indicated shipping point If no return label is provided: 1. Log in to your Decathlon account 2. Go to “My orders” and select the relevant order 3. Submit a return request 4. The seller will provide further instructions within 48 working hours
