All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cournon d'Auvergne, France, via DPD. If you place your order before 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends). For deliveries to Ireland, please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery after shipment.
For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a lifetime warranty applies starting from the date of delivery (excluding heated lunch boxes). The warranty is valid provided that the issue is due to a defect resulting from normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the seller’s assessment of the defect. Please include all documents necessary to activate the warranty (purchase receipt, photos, audio recordings, etc.).

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product purchased from monbento® on the Decathlon marketplace. The product must be unused, clean, complete, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, monbento® reserves the right to refuse a refund. Return requests must be submitted via the Decathlon customer portal or Decathlon customer service. Products purchased on the marketplace cannot be returned to a Decathlon store and must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided in the “Return Policy and Instructions” section. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 4 days via the payment method used at the time of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable on the Decathlon marketplace.
