GUARANTEE TERMS 1. For products purchased from the Marketplace, a 2 year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. 2. The product can be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the Seller. 3. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.). RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Marketplace, subject to the EXCEPTIONS OF WITHDRAWAL hereof, within 30 days without giving any reason. 2. The time limit for withdrawal from the contract expires after 30 days from the day: a. on which the Consumer has taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer has taken possession of the goods; b. on which the Consumer has taken possession of the last good, instalment or part thereof, or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, has taken possession of the last good, instalment or part thereof, in the case of a contract which provides for the transfer of ownership of multiple goods which are delivered separately, by instalment or part thereof. 3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by way of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). For this purpose, the Consumer may use the Seller's contact details provided or use the withdrawal function. 4. The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function available on the Marketplace. If this function is used, the Seller shall, without undue delay, send the Consumer an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email), including its content and the date and time of submission. 5. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form; however, it is not obligatory. 6. To observe the time limit for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of their right to withdraw from the contract before the time limit for withdrawal expires. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL The right to withdraw from the contract shall not apply to the contract: a. the subject of which is a non-prefabricated product manufactured in accordance with the specifications of the Consumer or intended to satisfy their individual needs; b. the subject of which is the product liable to deteriorate rapidly or having a short shelf-life; c. the subject of which is a product delivered in a sealed package, which may not be returned after opening the package due to health protection or for hygiene reasons if the package is opened after delivery; d. the subject of which are goods that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other goods; e. the subject of which are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package if the package is opened after delivery; f. for the delivery of journals, periodicals or magazines, except for a subscription contract; g. in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the Seller has no control, and which may occur during the time limit to withdraw from the contract.

If there is no return label in the package: Go to your customer account on Decathlon and then click on "My orders". Click on the order you wish to return. Under "Order details", you can click on "Create a return/exchange ". You can then request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to perform your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Stick the return label in a visible place on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
