For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Under “Order Details,” you can click on “Create a Return/Exchange.” You can then request a return label or additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Affix the return label to a visible part of the package. 3. Send the package to the return address listed above.
