For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Compliant returned products will be refunded within 4 days of receipt by the seller. The refund will be made exclusively via the same payment method used for the order.

The customer has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to return a product. The essential requirements to carry out the return are as follows: The customer may only return items that are undamaged, without scratches or other signs of use; new, unopened, and sealed items in their original packaging. Once the return has been requested from OFERTASDEPADEL, it must be accepted in advance. The goods may never be returned without the consent of OFERTASDEPADEL. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the card used for the payment of the order within approximately 72 hours. In any case, returns of incorrect shipments will be accepted, and Ofertasdepadel.com will cover the shipping costs, provided that the customer reports this circumstance within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
