For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects resulting from normal use of the product or manufacturing flaws. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the seller's assessment of the defect. Please include all necessary documents to activate the warranty or any warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Returned products will be refunded within 4 days of the seller's receipt of the product. The refund will only be issued to the same payment method used for the original order, without exception.

A) If there is NO return label in the package: Go to your customer account on decathlon.ie and then click on 'My Orders'. Click on the order you wish to return. Under "Order Details," you can click on "Create a Return/Exchange." You can then request a return label/additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Affix the return label to a visible location on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
