All orders will be delivered using either Landmark or GLS. Delivery is usually made within 5 working days of your order being dispatched.
For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product can be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Returned and compliant products will be refunded within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Return shipping costs are covered by Pertemba IE. Items must be in their original condition or in the condition stated in the return request. Labels and original packaging should be included if possible. Returns must be carefully packaged. We aim to process return and exchange requests within 4 days of receipt; however, this may take longer during busy periods (e.g. November–February).
