Orders are shipped using DHL, Raben, DSV or Transmission, depending on the size, weight and destination of the shipment. The average delivery time is 3–7 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace link.
All products purchased through Decathlon.ie are covered by the applicable statutory warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, insufficient maintenance, overloading, modifications to the product, or damage caused by accidents or external factors. To assess a warranty claim, we may request photographs, videos or other relevant information. If necessary, the product or part of it may need to be returned for inspection. If a warranty claim is found to be valid, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the applicable legislation. The statutory warranty has a minimum duration of 2 years from the date of delivery.
