For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. Under ‘order details’, you will be able to click on ‘create a return/exchange’. You will then be able to request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide all further information to complete your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Attach the return label to a visible spot on the package. 3. Send to the return address above.
